Diamond Platnumz a Tanzanian super star is set to headline next week’s Kampala based Comedy store.
Alex Muhangi the shows host made the announcement on the last episode of the show.
“Tanzanian and East Africa’s top artiste Chibu Dangote aka Diamond Platnumz has confirmed he will be entertaining the comedy store Ugandan audience on Thursday 25th July 2019. We certainly can’t hold the excitement” they shared on their social media platforms.
Diamond also posted on Instagram that his next stop will be in Kampala then Mwanza, Bujumbura, Madgascar, Dodoma, New York, Minnesota, Kigali and lastly London.
“Yo! Kampala Uganda, they call me Diamond Platnumz, Chibu D, Chibu Dee. Just to tell you that Thursday 25th July l will be performing live on Comedy store in Uganda with Alex Muhangi” Diamond said in Video teaser.
Diamond Platnuz last performed in Kampala in 2017
The shows host Alex Muhangi revealed that getting Diamond is part of the shows efforts to show case different musicians from the continent.
A few weeks a go Nigeria’s Klint Da Drunk headlined the show, the Kenya’s award winning funny man Eric Omondi also put up a fantastic show.
